Windows 10 is making my HDD randomly spike up to 100% usage

Thread Starter
So 2 days ago i booted my pc and the boot time was slow and the start up programs opened slowly.I check disk usage and it was 100% and it wouldnt drop.I searched for fixes and some of them kinda worked. Now the usage is not always at 100% but it randomly goes up to 100% now and then. (image of the disk spikes http://imgur.com/uQcLjdz )

I have tried to disable the windows search/superfetch/Background intelingent transfer service and i think that help to drop the usage from 100% all the time. But it keeps spiking.

Also i have tried with the virtual memory to put at min The value of my ram : 4096 and on max x2 my ram 8192 but it didnt work.

Chkdsk /f also tried it didnt fix anything but whe i tried chkdsk /f /r it stucked at 10% for 30mins and it would move so i rebooted the pc and stop the check.

The disk is in a perfect condition. (image of the disks condition http://imgur.com/1wNOrd8 )

Right now the disk is now spiking but lets say i go to services the disk will spike 2-3 time to 100% and then calm down.

Any tips would be helpfull thanks in advanced!
