The last time I checked using a core unparking utility, all cores are unparked. Do you have one I should try?

Well go into resource monitor ....select cpu tab..... and then where the cpu views are it will show as them being parked if you are still have cpu parking on

If some cores are parking then run this or just check with the tool as it as a status check

That has been shown by others here to eliminate the issue.

Or they could be like me, showing the issue with the latency tool but having no effect on any audio or gaming.

I have this issue and my windows powersetting to max performance. It's pretty easy to test for yourself.

Using dvi-d, I have the issue.

Don't you think the Titan X is suffering from the same DPC latency issue?

I think Im going to return my 1080 ftw. Nvidia doesn't have a good track record of resolving issues promptly, and I fear this will have the same timetable as the rgb colour over hdmi, or colour settings resetting over reboot issues. I think this is proven with, not only the fact that the hotfix driver doesn't seem to work to fully resolve the issue for most, but also that it doesn' even seem to be included with the latest drivers.

One thing you could try is Windows 10 RS1 (Anniversary Update).

Way ahead of you, just dropped my 1070 off at UPS to be returned, back to the 970.

my friend that bought a GTX 1060 experienced the issue in this thread - he returned it, but planning to get it later if the issue gets fixed.
