Wish I could return my 1070 but the retailer is stone-walling me. Should've done the crossfire RX 480's....

After installing the windows 10 anniversary update the highest latency I saw from nvidia was 186us and the pagefault count is 260 instead of thousands or more like before.. this was during a 5 minute usage while browsing and watching youtube videos.

I don't think the situation is so desperate that you'd be better of with cf rx480

In bf4 I get ~500 with a gtx 1080 while getting ~70-80 with a 780ti.

Edit: actually the dpc while in game is higher in bf4.

How long you had the card
and when did you first notify the brick mortar store that you wished to return it ?

Not sure what the DSR Distance Selling Regulations are like for Canada but usually 14 / 28 days no quibble if you notified them within the re turn period you have every right they should take it back full refund

depending on what laws are set in Canada

Anyone know if the latest 369.05 Drivers still contain the hotfix or not? A couple Pascal TITAN X users are possibly getting latency issues as well, i'm wanting to test and see if the hotfix will help on that card too but i see that the current new driver is WQHL 369.05 rather than the 368.95 that the hotfix was in. Unsure whether the fix carries over to newer drivers since it was kind of an experimental hotfix and all.

It contains the fix.

The problem is that the fix in 368.95 worked but at some point, it stopped working for me. I had installed the 369.05 for my 1070 and it fixed the issues again. I uninstalled it though because the drivers weren't showing that I had OpenCL/CUDA/PhysX. So I reinstalled 368.95 and for some odd reason, it fixed the DPC latency again.

I don't know, it's a very awkward issue. But while I did test it, the latest drivers were pretty smooth.

Does this issue happen on all Pascal GPUs? Does it make sense to buy 1070/1080?

Is the new TitanX afflicted by this issue, any tests?
