What i would try then is start disabling devices in device manager one by one start with USB's make sure not to disable the mouse and keyboard you are using try the game view frame times ..rinse repeat ...

Also i am sure i stated before but default your MB bios


did you try the 1 stick of mem?

this may seem daft but have you tried another power cable going to the card a few years ago had a build that would not run correctly turned out to be the PSU's only found out by swapping the power to the gfx card

Saw the fault with a 10 series re strange graphics glitching using browser a while back was on you tube i think

..anyhow just had a machine with me again 10 series and had the same artifices as i saw in the vid while scrolling seems to be a sync issues

The only way to solve it in fire fox is use tick hardware acceleration when available

Just another issues to add to my list but at least this is solved
