does this work with any video card or just the "10xx" cards?

Jesus Christ man. I don't know what they did in this driver but it only made things worse.

That is after one CSGO deathmatch map cycle.

Iam using 2 monitors 1 60hz the other 144hz my 1070 doesnt downclock to idle . It only clocks down if i set both monitors to 60hz frown.gif

Its a brand new 1070 i dont know if its this drivers or not cause its the only ones ive installed :/

Edit : its only at 144hz that it doesnt downclock at 120hz its fine

That is interesting, Nvidia drivers were responsible for that spike basically, I haven't installed these drivers yet as I'm in the middle of DRAM Third timings and stability testing that may take half a week, but that is disheartening to see.

Did you tried uninstalling with DDU in Windows safe mode before installing these?

I haven't checked to see if I had this issue - should I assume I did and install the hot fix anyway?

I always DDU drivers using the most up to date version of DDU and this time was no different. Here is the kicker though. I threw in my other SSD with a "newer" Windows 7 installation on it and instead of DDUing the driver I merely installed over the previous driver. This was the result after another map cycle of CSGO deathmatch:

This is terrible. This is idle with only chrome open for 10 min.

Fix for maxwell?
Im getting 380 average with spikes to 500 and 1000 with gpuz running.

Better, but still not perfect. Even with the new driver, 80% of the execution time listed in latencymon is nvidia driver and dx.

Install this driver, restart system (ofc) and look at latencymon to see what is causing it. GPU driver is one of MANY causes for DPC latency problems.

EDIT: I'm getting some crazy spikes to 2k with this driver during gameplay now.. not sure why. May be a broken setting on my system.

I see people with 500+us and they think its fixed ?
You could work with 500+us maybe but its not good at all.

You should always be under 200us really.

Good there working on it (pretty fast) and it did work for some people but more needs to be done.
