Do you have any other card there with you that is not an 10 series place in and test ..

As i am finding as soon as a place any other card in that is not a 10 series into any of the systems that have issues they just disappear

even though nvidia keep telling me its my systems at fault ....as there masters at denying everything even with facts and that i have tested over 15 different builds now i can not test any more i am worn out so as the pci x slots smile.gif

Please, open the old topic ... please blushsmiley.gif
I have problems before and after the hotfix. Returned G1 Gygabyte. Stuttering with CS: GO, Owerwhatch wit+ Skype ... Team speak ... NetFlix !!! My old 950gtx had no problems!
I suspect it is a hardware problem.
Please do not let the Nvida forget us!

it's their cards' fault to cause a problem in your system. if they say it's your system's fault cause it would happen on any pascal card in your pc then they're totally twisiting it

I haven't checked my latency in a while, nvidia driver seems within reasonable limits, but it looks like I got 5 other ones that spike higher.

Reinstalled my 970 and returning the 1070. Not going to pay close to $500 for a mid range gpu and deal with issues such as these. Looking towards Vega, maybe Volta.

Yes i know it is for sure....
was just making the point to others really a warning as nvidia do try to blame peeps systems ...and in some cases that is true but we all know these 10's are in a bad shape with the driver at the moment ....

I am using one right now as i type this a 1060 and i should record what is happening because as i type and look to the screen the text is behind what i am actually typing very strange ...as soon as i move the page browser to fill half of full screen its back to normal ...very funky stuff going on that's for sure..

i am hoping for my sake and the rest of us and my clients that the next driver sorts things out ......

Good move ...

so out of interest ...so when you plugged in your 970 was all the issues gone along with the 1070 ...out the door

To add 970 refunds

i keep getting ignored in the last thread, but has anyone tried putting the card in msi mode and disabling the display driver service and then checking their dpc latency?

If you disable the GPU in device manager the latency spikes are gone..... i hope this is what you wanted to ask ?

I came from an Nvidia 670 GTX... Before that I had no weird in-game stutters in conjunction with exact simultaneous DPC Spikes to go with it. Not to mentio my Music players all stuttering everytime I load into a map while i already AM in full screen mode.

I did a clean install, i even tried the so called 'Driver remover' but ofcourse thats all not working .

So yes, this stuttering bs did not happen with my former 670GTX. I sold it now so I cannot re-test it.

I tried this. The spikes and idle latency decrease a tiny bit more, but it doesnt solve anything.
