But you pay more for it. As for the late release of aib's i dont think there is an excuse to make up the loss they will probably take for waiting. But on that note if it will hang with a 1060 and still be 40-50$ cheaper... ill still buy it.
Reference 480 is $239, custom 1060 is $249, power efficiency counted in for 1 year the 1060 comes cheaper than 480... sad but true. That $10 difference is gone when paying the electric bill.
I know that final prices are set by shops, but apparently nGreedia has stomped on them to keep the $249 tag on those cheap cards where as AMD didn't and they are hiked where the 1060 $249 ones aren't hiked.
