Price aside I will say that is a great looking card, and I'm glad that for once a company has stuck to standard card height... Or depth? I'm not sure which it'd be, I'm referring to the PCB not extending hugely past the PCI bracket.thumb.gif

Because Gsync still offers a few features that FreeSync just doesn't, like the ability to go under 40 FPS without modding/OCing your monitor

Similiar to how Nvidia supports OpenCL and CUDA.

The 40Hz myth is still a thing? Pcper had in their in depth look at Freesync and G-sync a 30-144Hz display and it started doubling frames at 37Hz. Funny that the 40-90Hz Freesync display had its VRR window actually down to 37Hz as well.

https://youtu.be/VkrJU5d2RfA

Frame doubling or whatever it is called was not a thing with Freesync at the time.

Between nitro and devil... which is better currently. Almost considering throwing a wb on a 4gig ref at this point from the success of ppl on here. Tho i really wish it had a 8pin.

This is my dilemma as well. I want the devil because it looks sexy, but I'm gonna throw a uni-block on it regardless which is why I want a ref card. The 6pin is worrying me (though I haven't seen anything that shows that it is actually holding the card back).

I agree but will it be worth the wait? Im seeing occasional deals on furys and almost pulled the trigger once already. But trying to wait for a few ppl to get em on here and see if the clocks r worth the extra $$.

Put in my order, im not to worried, its sold by Amazon and ive seen the card already.

Im going to focus more on undertvolting and keeping stock clocks. My 7950 does decent still in most games so even a stock 480 will give some good fps/settings boost.

Edit: touch screen keyboards annoy me.
