I've got an old machine I am handing down to my dad for basic office use. I bought this motherboard since it was cheap and had integrated graphics. On my old mobo I was able to run at 1.325 volts stable at 3.6 ghz. The issue is that in the BIOS, it seems like the default and lowest voltage is 1.4v. This is much too high for what I want and causing the CPU to run too hot (using the stock cooler).

The only fix I could find so far was using AMD overdrive to bring the voltage back down to 1.33v, but my dad definitely won't be able to reset it in software every time he reboots the machine, so I was hoping for a more permanent fix in the BIOS. Any ideas how to get the correct voltage?
