Power consumption is still similar to the 7790.
I haven't seen any bare card photos, but the ones with the small heatsink, they appear to still only have 4 ICs.
Going over TPUs review of the 7790, the dual-x clocked to 1265/1765. Which is 26.5% over reference on the core and gave 20% improvement over reference 7790 in bf3.
This card is clocked 20% over the 7790 and from what I can gather, about 32% improvement over the reference 7790. So 12% over an oc'd 7790 give or takeEdited by tkenietz - 8/8/16 at 1:56pm
