I Can get 2135 mhz without memory errors, the voltage of the memory don't improve nothing - You will not have visible artifacs with this memory because have a hash system to ask again the information corrupt - But you will have a decrese of performance.-

Wait how do you check memory errors?

With HWiNFO you will see "Memory Errors" you can check with that in games, or benchmarks.-

Install the drivers 16.8.3 what a mess biggrin.gif - MSI Afterburner not work anymore with that, and BF1 just not start - I roll-back to 16.8.2 - Im going to wait a bit.-

Also, anyone know of the limitation in the 470 memory clocks? Some sites say 2050, others 2100...

the cheapest rx470 is around 1400 hk dollars, rx480 is around 2200, that is around 60% price different.

Talking about the 8GB Nitros is the 20% increase in my country. 250€ the 470 and 300 the 480. I know it is not worth the 480, but I'm still doubting. The Fury is at 320€, but with only 4GB I think is a no option to me.

I installed my 470 Nitro today and I played a bit. I set the VCore in 1,05V, but I can't lower it more to see how low I can go. I didn't touch the core and the memory is at 1830Mhz. 1840Mhz and I get memory errors. What temps are you getting with the Nitro cooler and at which fan speed? (both, 470 and 480 users).

Nice.

I got a notification today that my 1060 is ready for pick up so I did and did not check with the cheap but questionable shop that may sell decently priced 480s, all as preorder but with the 1060 it was supposed to be available on Friday though I would still pick it up today, so 3 work days since order was not a long wait to get a 1060 for the same price that cheap shop has 480 Nitro 8GB nonOC.

The DPC sucks on Nvidia but I may not have issues in games and apps I hope, only when loading, ALT+TABing it does pop up the DPC high over 1ms and at idle it seems to so far show 240us at most. I do get the Pascal crappy IQ where they somehow cheat something and it causes the output to show lines brighter and darker pixel by pixel in certain situations and effects.

Will see how it goes, got 2 weeks to accept it or return it. If someone wants to compare some results of 480 vs 1060 let me know I will see what I have and can run to compare.
