Either way if you're wondering, I get 84 FPS in DX11 bench on my sig rig. Just for comparison.

On stock? With what settings? Which AA and what preset? Or are you OCed? That's higher than the review sites have the 1060 bench marked at the very high preset by a lot so I'm wondering.

edit: I guess not a lot over. but it seems a couple fps higher.
I assume your running:
DX11
Very High Pre-set
FXAA
HBAO+
Pure Hair ON
Tessellation ON

I'm running those settings in DX12. Visually they aren't identical for me because I still get weird issues in DX12 even with fxaa. But this title does perform better on the 1060. I just thought it should be around 78 or 80 on stock. Maybe that was the release driver. I haven't gone back to look it up. I went 480 because 1060 can't do crossfire/sli and didn't have a full cover water block. 1060 is neck and neck or ahead depending on the game. I think rx480 could pull ahead going forward as more dx12 titles are released. This is the only DX12 title that the 1060 beats the rx480 on.

I disagree, because GPU obviously crashes if I set core to 900, is unstable on 930, works fine and cool on 940, and is hotter on 1000, so definitely the voltage changes below the 1000 mV set for memory. What is your source on this?

Very High, everything on, 1080p, SMAA. OC/system is in the sig.

I thought we were comparing apples to apples. stock to stock. You're just wanting an audience to brag to. I see. 2160 is a nice OC on that card. I'll put my watercooled card back in tomorrow when I test the stock card in another computer. You'll still win as the 1060 is better in this game. Of course if I put both in and crossfire....

You gotta be really delusional. I came to this thread like week ago asking to compare the performance against someone who is on 16.9.1. What is there to brag about? Jeez. I don't care about winning or losing, was just curious to see how RX performs. Besides, I run lower core OC with newest drivers.

Heya! Wanna compare with my 470? It's not really OC-ed, just running on turbo freq 1215. What benchmarks do you use? I'm too lazy to read back.

I don't think it'd be appropriate to compare it to 1060, but sure. As I've said the only demanding game I have is ROTR, I did couple of bench runs at all max settings + SMAA, at 1080p. Averaged at 84 FPS. I was just generally curious how new drivers worked for ROTR, since plenty of people did report better performance but nobody bothered to back it up by actual values.

My wife has it installed, I'll do a few runs later, since her monitor is 1080p, mine is 1280x1024, but her CPU is very limiting, Athlon 750K.
Still we should have some numbers to compare smile.gif

Or I could pull a cable from my PC to her monitor... Hmm...

Okay. Not sure why you're attacking me by calling me delusional. Stock to stock or OC to OC is a fair comparison. Stock to OC is not. When I told you I was giving you stock numbers and you came back with your oc numbers that was just you wanting to show your oc numbers not gain a fair comparison. At least that's the way it looked to me. I wasn't attacking you by saying you wanted to brag. I complimented you on your oc. Why be mean to me? I don't get it. I'm the only one who did what you asked. I take it calling me delusional is your way of saying you don't want me to put my full cover water card back in today and get you oc to oc numbers.

edit: was it the crossfire comment? I forgot to look up and find out that crossfire isn't supported on this game. Sorry. I made a mistake.

I have called you delusional because you gotta be pretty delusional to think that the person that asks for comparison is always looking to brag. I have no idea what improvement did drivers bring, maybe you would've been 20% over me, the hell knows? Which is why I am here. I did not know your configuration and my request was initially addressed to another person that had 480@1400 which would've been more fair comparison, but since he did no deliver, I was curious if there will be any response at all.

You can get OC to OC numbers, sure. I have nothing to grain from comparing the results, other than knowledge - same goes to everyone else in this thread. I can also bench GTAO, if any of you guys are interested.
