Not worried about it, I'm at "stock" temps.
When I was pushing for 1400 I was only a few points behind an RX 480 with equal core speeds and 2000mhz memory speeds.
IMHO there isn't much to gain by going over 1300 or so with our slower memory, the bandwidth just is not there to feed the core.
Oh, somewhat related, if you turn off AA you will get MUCH higher wattage and more throttling if you are on the stock BIOS. That is why I pumped my power limit up so far, I want ZERO throttling.Edited by KarathKasun - 10/28/16 at 3:12am
