meh, i really just don't like it because i have no reference for irl performance from it.

Depends on the laptop. There are 1080M SLi lappies out there smile.gif But yeah, it's a bit far fetched.

I will do that in a bit just to see, gotta make my mother-in-law breakfast and grab a smoke then will do it.

It's relative its a database, the stress it's very good.-
I ran a few tests on scaling a little while ago. Maybe you'll find this interesting.

They were all ran at 2000MHz.

EDIT: All the tests with the exception of 1266MHz were ran with IMC at 0.9V

where do you find what your IMC is running at?
sorry for the noob question. i never really went much further than afterburner when it came to OCing a gpu

It's the "memory" voltage all the OC programs show.

Good test and information +REP - I made the test in my system now, Firestrike FPS of Test 1 and 2.:

1266 Mhz - 61 / 52 :
http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/17443366

1320 Mhz - 65 / 56:
http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/17442989

54 Mhz = 4 FPS of dif

The test of mtrai with 1330 mhz (http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/17440699) have 62/53 FPS but its similar to my 1320 mhz.-
From 1330 to 1450 (http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/17441145) we have 120 mhz of dif, and the same gain in FPS as 54 Mhz from reference - So, you have a good gain from stock to 1320/1330 but after that you rise a lot the freq and voltage and not win too much real FPS.-

The chart of Loladinas go just at the sweet point, But looking the results of mtrai more than 1350 don't give us sustancial gains.-

supports my theory that it's performance is locked at a certain point.
IT'S ALL A BIG CONSPIRACY!!

or it's just bottlenecked by something, i'm not sure, would be nice to find out where and what the bottleneck is.
the chart and general performance is rather definitive that something is holding it back.
