Yay, results. Finally fitted my Accelero Xtreme 3 on my Sapphire card. And I'm only using a tiny-little-dinky piece of aluminum for my VRM heatsink. I still need to cut out a heatsink for RAM and a backplate, but it's usable for now and it doesn't sound like a hair dryer anymore.

Just coming to this thread quickly, I just got an Gigabyte RX 480 4gb model and apparently this card has not got the fixed bios on (The Xtreme utility thing keeps saying theres a bios update) and I know about the fiasco with the old bios having heat issues. The problem is, I can't flash it since Gigabytes stupid @ bios tool doesn't want to detect my card no matter what. I really want to start using this card ASAP so someone please help me.
EDIT: The bios that the Xtreme utility downloaded was "RX480G14.F5" no idea how to flash it...
EDIT2: I also just noticed that the Xtreme gaming utility can't detect the vbios either.

1.225V for some measure of stability at 1500MHz. Ran Valley and Firestrike for a while, played a bit of Fallout 4. No crashes, no glitches.

No problems since I've raised it. Thanks for the compliment smile.gif I absolutely love it.
Is that a thing you can buy or have you used a small moniter/screen and set it up as a second display?
It wouldnt be suited for what I want but it's a great idea.

Wattman can use some profiles though. Also, it would be greatly appreciated if it can show some popup notifications when the driver crashes and it resets its settings, and pushing even further - a setting on which profile to switch to after driver reset. I don't want it to nullify my fan settings every time it crashes.

I agree. I make lots of little tweaks and if I don't keep track of them and it crashes I can't remember them off the top of my head.

It's a raspberry Pi display I adapted and installed into my case window.

Looking at FS scores GTX1070 is ~30% faster.

I have problem with my Msi Rx 480 gaming x. Gpu activity is never constant in load. Today in Doom demo I leave game open in one location (60mn), didn't play just opened it, and gpu activity was like EKG but fps was constant. Also in Aida 64 gpu load in stress same problem. In Unigine Valley I run benchmark 10 times and every time I get prrety much the same fps. Is it wrong reading or gpu doesn't work correctly?[IMG]
