1530MHz on 1.275V. Probably not game-stable, but it does run benches... Core temperature only gets to like 50C, but VRM does get a bit toasty. Benchmarks start to crash if VRM temp goes over 80C or so, so I'll probably have to put on a larger heatsink or something, if I want to push further. VRAM only clocks to 2175MHz before instability, that's likely holding me back a bit.

You have issues if you VRM goes above 80?! My VRM's max lately has been 81-82, and before the driver updates I was hitting over 100C on them. I have the 470 nitro 8gb

My overclock isn't too stable, probably.

Ah, true that, I completely blanked on the fact that you're running a good OC too. I know my HD6950 I had didn't like going over 70C on the core with the OC I had, otherwise it shut my whole computer down haha.

Played Fallout 4 for about half an hour. I'm actually surprised it didn't crash.

Wattman has never stopped having issues when other tweaking softwares are also being used. Either you use exclusively Wattman or forget about it and use 3rd party softwares like Afterburner or TRIXX.

Btw, unless you use DDU, registry entries related to software tweaks will remain, and you can soft-reinstall as many times as you want, the issues won't be removed.

That's the thing, I was using only Wattman, only recently after I could not fix the issues in Wattman I used Watt Tool made by a user on this forum, I will try to manually delete the registry entries maybe that works.

AFAIK, that is how far the card will throttle when the fans hit their target speed and the temp is still over its target.

Look at the average value there, dur.

Though FO4 can be undemanding on new cards because of the FPS cap needed to actually play the game.

I have played with this before and am now. Still no difference even after a minute or two, the fans still slow down very slowly. The rate does not seem to change.

I assumed that it would set whatever freq as where the fan must be at-least minimum speed, and cannot turn fans off above this point. Considering playing with the slider isnt doing anything (im saving changes btw) it's probably what it is

It was underutilized because of the 60 FPS cap (Fallout gets weird if you get too far over that limit), but it maintained 1530Mhz throughout the session.
