VDDC or vout what ever you want to call it is much more stable and closer to the VID I set on the new drivers. I did a heaven run with EMBD 1.1r2 removed and received the exact same voltage numbers but gained a half frame. If I have time I'll test to see if lower voltages are now stable with the same OC now that VID seems to be setting a more stable output.

It's interest free until the 26th. I've got plenty of time.

Im playing with the RX 480 and some overclock, the thing I see is the next.-
If I check the stabilty with Furmark the power draw go to the hell, and the vdrop its amazing - Of course the stabilty its not good.-
But if I check the stability with MSI Kombustor, games, unigine, and all that software, the power draw its more "real" similar to the gaming situation - and the stability its better and the overclock more higher.-

I see a lot of overclocks here check it with unigine and another software, its really necessary check the overclock with Furmark?

I wouldn't think you would need to test it with Furmark, but I do like to do back to back benchmarks and then do a log of a gaming session with a tool like hwinfo.

I do it with te GPU-Z "log in file" and works OK - Unigine with 1.200v 1400mhz gpu and 2250 mhz mem give me 159.0 w max power draw, in extreme mode

Damn that's nice, most I have gotten is 1375/2200 stable, which is at 1.15 on core. Have been tempted to go with bios mods, but want to have the card for a while before I do anything like that. Already voided my warranty putting the custom cooler on there tongue.gif.

Yeah me too jaja i put a water Maelstrom 120k very quiet, cheaper and effective, change the fan only, my objective its 1450 mhz and 2250 mhz of mem, with 1.20 or 1.25v max - I hope can rise that, check it with Unigine and 3DMarks 11 Basic and see the results, with this water i get at 1400 1.20v 66º max, with a very lower fan curve, only a 60%
