The animations are Mocap?

Yes for the main character. I believe the credits even specify who the actress was.

For sure, I definitely understand. thumb.gif

As I said, I think it looks very good. I like the concept behind it too.

(looking forward to TimeSpy Ultra and Extreme as well) wink.gifbiggrin.gifwink.gif

We could discuss how AMD is infallible and never makes mistakes with developers that impact their customers...

I remember when 3dmark actually pushed the best hw available to its limits, with its graphics...like getting max 30fps with top-end. Now it's more like "Look nerds!!!shiny new toy for 5$!!!"
And dont get me started on the Motion Blur-DoF and similar effects, i can get those without performance penalty if i squint my eyes and turn my head fast.

I agree. I miss the good old days of Vantage and 3dmark11, tests that brought GPU's of the day to their knees and showed all of the features of their particular API's regardless of whether the individual vendor cards supported them or not. But maybe nostalgia is clouding my opinion, could be wrong...

Did you really just say that about Vantage? Worst of them all. Heavily CPU dependent and it had PhysX.

A gaming rig is not all just about the gpu. Vantage was definitely more of a system test but at the time it was relevant.
