Logitech G302 Tracking problems

Thread Starter
Hello, I recently bought a Logitech G302 and ran it through some tests on MouseTester_v1.2 and the results were quite weird.
I've uploaded them to imgur: http://imgur.com/a/Yxk9l
As you can see, the tracking is apparently not good at high polling rates for some reason.
Is the mouse's sensor faulty or am I misinterpretating the graphics?

You're misinterpreting.

Unless you find acceleration issues as in a different amount of units moved per same physical distance, then that should make you worry.
Obviously aside that if you have real tracking problems then well, myeah.

The more important graph is also the interval vs. time part or frequency though and overall:

TL:DR Pic is good. Mouse is fine.

Mouse is fine, just move it faster when collecting data with mouse tester.

Looks fine, you should only get worried when it flatlines.

hahahahahhaahah

We've all been there...

Here's what you do to get better graphs..

Move it back and forth left right left right.. Really fast for 8 seconds.. Try to keep the pace Even, Then look at the graph zoom in a bit.. You should see fairly uniform curves..

that's completely normal; everything is fine.

it would be misinterpreting the plot to conclude something like "lower polling rates are better". there are a number of ways to look at this, but anyway, if you want to use mousetester for comparative purposes, the "smoothness" of the plot should only be judged against other plots with equal sampling rate
