pc stuck in boot loop - Page 2

I bought a top of th line board and still had the problem. I believe Intel really need to rethink their socket structure. I like the old way or should I say now the Amd way of the pins on the cpu.

indeed, i remeber the video of linus actually snapping a pin off, plugging it into the socket and it booted back up like it was nothing!

pc is now stuck in a boot loop, debug LED lights up but pc wont get to post before it restarts. have tried both bios's and clr_cmos switch. have to turn on with just cpu, board and psu, no beeps or anything, same issue. ***

To note, this is the exact same symptom my z87x-oc and pentium build had, and my z97 soc force and 4790k had too, leading me to assume both are dead and upgrade to x99. The only part shared between all three rigs is the psu, all got stuck in the same boot loop without post
