Which SSD to get out of these options?

Hi Everyone:

So I have decided to go with ONE 500Gb SSD instead of RAID 0 (2 x 250Gb). Any reason why I should go for the more expensive SSD's here:

I will primarily be gaming:

Intel 540s Series 480GB 2.5" SSD
https://www.ple.com.au/Products/623506/Intel-540s-Series-480GB-25-SSD
$229 AUD

Corsair Force Series LE 480GB 2.5" SSD
https://www.ple.com.au/Products/622508/Corsair-Force-Series-LE-480GB-25-SSD
$219 AUD

Samsung 750 EVO Series 2.5" 7mm 500GB SSD
https://www.ple.com.au/Products/624305/Samsung-750-EVO-Series-25-7mm-500GB-SSD
$209 AUD

OCZ Trion 150 480GB 2.5" SSD
https://www.ple.com.au/Products/623874/OCZ-Trion-150-480GB-25-SSD
$189 AUD

SanDisk Plus 480GB 2.5" SSD

$169 AUD

Any significant difference between these? Which one is the best for budget/performance ratio?

Honestly I can buy any of them, assume that the price doesn't matter. I can't buy the Samsung PRO 500Gb as that costs $330, so that's out. But for all of these, assume I can afford any of them, is there a reason why I should be paying almost $50 extra though for the Intel 540s or the Corsair or Samsung in comparison to the SanDisk which is significantly cheaper?

Thank you in return.

All SSDs in your list are smaller process planar TLC NAND. The one I suggest is larger process 3D TLC NAND, more advanced and more reliable.

Thank you. Just in time, I'll be buying it tomorrow.
