Help! regarding 4k playback on Core i5 750/760. - Page 2

Tried those, doesn't help with sound issues. i guess i should go with new i3 setup then. the reason why i don't want new gpu is. because i'll start playing games if gpu is capable for even 30fps720p. i just can't stop myself. and i have too many backlogs to clear that's why i sold my SB-E setup last year. money isn't an issue, it's just that i can't afford any gaming right now. and having crap gpu ensures i won't play any games.

i watch 4k recordings from my phone sometimes and i thought a simple cpu upgrade would be better choice. ah well. redface.gif

Yeah, a Skylake IGP would do it. Maybe even a Pentium.

You should consider waiting for Kaby Lake too. Mind as well get the Optane-compatible refresh if it isn't far away.
