New GPU for HTPC

My HTPC's on board video died, so I need to pick up a relatively cheap card. My MAX budget is $100, less is better. 95% of it's use will be movie playback, although it will occasionally play games (Lego series, Mortal Kombat X, Injustice, etc). I'd like a relatively low power consumption and it needs to be a small card, the max length I can fit is around 7.5 - 8".

I was looking at the Zotac 750ti 2GB as it's only $95, I believe that card would be plenty powerful for the games I'm playing. And it's overall length is only 5.5". The power consumption is only 60w also. Hopefully that is low enough to keep the card quiet while watching a movie. Before I went with on board video I had a Zotac 560ti and it would get rather loud during movies. My tv is 4k but games could be played in 1080 if the card cannot handle them in 4k.

Anybody have a better suggestion?

The 750Ti is just what I was going to suggest. You could also look for something like a 260X used.
