These are all DX11 benchmarks for the time being:

The priority and the main graphical API for Battlefield 1 Alpha is a DirectX 11. With the release is expected to support DirectX 12.
Btw I hope you have enough vram if you want to 4K:

The recommended volume for the use of video resolution of 1920x1080 would be 4096 MB of video memory, to allow 2560x1440 - 6144 MB of video memory and to allow 3840x2160 about 8192 MB of video memory.

Talking about vram usage on an Alpha build is quite amusing.

It shouldn't remain that high in the final release, otherwise the GTX1080 will be running near peak capacity at 4K.

This alpha is based on the DX11 code path correct?

It's gonna be really interesting to see what DX12 is like with this game. I'm pretty sure most people will be satisfied that DICE's DX12 implementation with Johan at the helm will make the best use of AMDs hardware possible.

Added clarification to OP.

This will use both hardware to it's fullest, like all other dice games. they are one of those devs who actually do something about optimizations. that's why you don't need flagship gpu to run 1080p60.

Pretty happy with my 2 480s. People were shunning me for falling for the "budget AMD card" trap, but I'd say it was a good buy.

IMO the memory compression is the most interesting number of the chart, everything else seems very normal given a frostbyte engine game. ( it implies that the upcoming 1060 may have vram problems on 1440p, given that you overclock it enough that its performance is adequate for 1440p gameplay). But it's alpha, so I would assume Dice will eventually fix that.

(recommendations also imply that the much later released 1050 is not a recommended card for 1080p play if the 3gb rumor ends up true)

That being said.........it 'felt' like the Battlefront game (and the u.i. looked exactly like it).......and that's all I'll say.
I had a nasty suspicion that would be the case. Thanks for sharing that.

Hmm, Fury X ties 980Ti in DX11. Can only imagine how much better it will do in DX12? Hell, might even be faster than the 980Ti at max OC...

1070?

From the screenshots at source, it look like DX12 is enabled.

I was just going by what Magnek stated in the OP:

Alpha (or AMD/Nvidia drivers) probably doesn't support SLI/CF yet which makes it curious why they even ran multi-GPU in this test? Multi-GPU performance won't be important until the game is finalized and available for purchase...
