That link isn't working for me. It just says "Bad Request". So, what is the brand and model of the PSU you ordered? Just say what the brand and the model is.

Also, what are you using to see your PSU voltages? If you are using software, then you shouldn't trust it because software is unable to get accurate readings and can sometimes be extremely inaccurate. The best way to see your PSU voltages is by using a digital multimeter.

However, after looking at the Cooler Master B700 online and considering that it only has a 3-year warranty and you've already had it for 2 years, I'm not surprised you're having problems. It seems to be a VERY low-quality PSU.

Also, I'm not sure if English is your first language, but I should tell you that you're very hard to understand. Some of the problems are, you are typing in all lower-case, you're not using any punctuation (you're not using things like periods or commas), and it just seems to me like you're not really putting any effort into making your post as easy to read as possible. It's like you're just sitting there all tired and way too relaxed just typing without caring about how it looks. Please care because it will improve your experience on here quite a bit. Take notice of how I type out my posts; try to do the same. We need to be able to understand you in order to help you.

No, my questions. Here:

  1. You said you ordered a new PSU and you apparently tried to link to it. That link isn't working for me. So, please tell me what the brand and model is of the PSU you ordered.
  2. What are you using to see your PSU voltages? Is it software? Is it a digital multimeter? What are you using?

You do not need an 850 watt sized power supply.

A matter of a fact, a good quality 550W power supply is all you need.

The EVGA 550 G2 or P2 is what you should aim for.

Yeah, software is not trustworthy at all. Your readings COULD be accurate, but there's no way to know for sure. Software is notorious for being inaccurate for reading PSU voltages.

Like Duality92 said, there's absolutely no need for an 850W PSU. That would be a big waste of money. All your computer needs is a good quality-made 550W PSU.
