So they fixed the problems with bubbling? Was thinking about trying this pad out.

Heard about that from someone BUT mine is perfectly even and smooth even after all this time which has been more than a year thus far.

It took a lot of high temps as well as the cold cooler month(s) here, where I live but it has never presented itself with any deformities at all. One of the most stable materials yet released compared to some others like SteelSeries Cloth pads that literally dissolve after a summer season here.

In my situation always safe to buy and use Silicone based pads due to their longevity compared to cheapo cloth pads, that fall apart some time later.

May I pick this thread up?

So far I am using a Roccat Taito. It is one without stitched edges so the corners start to lift up a little bit. So I thought I would myself a new pad.

I did some research resulting in the popular choices like:

- Roccat Taito Control (it is the same pad but with stitched edges I guess?)
- SteelSeries QcK + / or the heavy
- Cooler Master Storm Swift-RX
- Zowie G-SR
- Corsair MM300

Any suggestion on which one to pick? I dont care about the price difference at all. Also I am not an excessively player (just a little bit after work + weekend).
BTW - has anyone an idea of how slow / fast the taito is compared to the other mousepads?

It has to be a cloth pad - thats for sure!

I've used the QCK heavy and zowie-gsr from that list, and I also have a 'glorious pc gaming race' pad coming later today so I can tell you about that..

Out of that list I'd obviously say the QCK heavy, they have new stock of them (qck logos on the back) and they're pretty cheap/have no glaring QC problems that I can see.. pad is flat, heavy and doesn't move, and sides aren't peeling.. but like I said later today I'll have another pad coming and can post here again to let you know what I think but obviously wear/tear won't be included in that cause I can't tell unless I use it for at least 2 months

I also liked the old razer goliathus speed a lot, but I'm waiting to see if they release a new mouse pad anytime soon cause it was spotted at one of the CSGO lans but no info has arisen yet

Do you have an image of said pad? I've looked for it when people mentioned it but found nothing.

Thanks. Looks almost like the original Goliathus models that were all black with a small green logo in the corner, before they made them super ugly. Obviously not identical though. Certainly interesting!

You do know that there are quite a lot of them SOLD on Ebay, even though they probably are 99% fakes cigar.gif .
