Best way to pre plan how to drain a loop?

So I'm officially going to be starting my first watercooling loop soon. I have 99.9% of all the parts purchased already only need a few small parts like the distilled water and possibly how to drain the loop. Right now my loop is going to be in a 750D and it's going to have;
2 XSPC EX240 Rads, one on top of the case and one on the bottem
Swiftech MP655 with the Bitspower D5/655 mod and res kit for a 250 Res
Bitspower CPU Summit EF block
2 Swiftech Komodo 7900 series blocks + the Crossfire X bridge
All connected by 1/2ID and 3/4OD tubbing and Bitspower compression fittings


Now my question is what's the he best way to pre plan a drain in this loop? Use like a TLine fitting somewhere and some kind of quick disconnect or drain fitting? I was thinking maybe run some kind of drain tube to the other side of the case behind the motherboard tray if you get what I mean and use that as easy access to drain and have it come right from either the bottom of the res or from the pump. Any suggestions are certainly welcome on anything because I'm a newbie at this haha!

I used a T fitting a bit of tube, then into a T-Valve that I keep capped off. I recommend making it a bit longer than you think it should be so that there is extra length to get to whatever your draining into. This also keeps it away from you components.

Try to pick the lowest point in the loop for the T fitting. I don't think it matters where in the loop that actually is in terms of the order of components. Mine isn't the lowest point and I have a bit of trouble getting it empty.

I have no experience with quick disconnects, as i am afraid of it leaking.

Thanks for replying! Now sorry if this is a dumb question but do I want the valve at the one end of the tubing so that way the like excess tube is completely dry no water or should it be at the other end so it has water in it constantly, or does it not matter? I was assuming the first one.

I don't think it matters. Just put it wherever is easy to get to.

I've used QDC's as drains in the past and it works just fine. I've got a few pairs of the Koolance ones and I've never had any issues with leaks. You could also just route off a T to a drain port or a pass thru (making your own drain port basically) to the bottom of your case and have it capped with a plug. Just remove the plug when you want the water to drain out.

So it's okay to just have a T fitting with another tube attached to it and just a plug on the one end? The loop with function fine with like the stagnant water in that tube? Sorry if that's a newbie question.

Yeah there is won't be an issue. Been doing my builds that way for years without issue.

A ball valve fitting is the best solution I have found so far.

Honestly I love having a Q Rotary of some sort with a Drain attached to it on the inlet outlet of a rad on the lowest point of the Loop. Pump is great also if it is at the lowest point.
