Intel® Celeron® D Processor 356 low power state?

hello,
not a intel user but have a Celeron as a storage pc, wondering, does this cpu go in to low power states please?
its stuck at 3.33mhz and it don't need to do anything.

No Idle States supported, no SpeedStep either. So I guess it doesn't go into any low power states. Which is odd, because as far as I can recall, my old 336j used to have C1 state.

Nevertheless, you can always check your bios for C states that could be enabled and or SpeedStep technology...
