Does the Titan Black have any ACE units?

So I know the Titan Black was released around the same time as the R9 290x and the 290x has something like 8 ACE units (Async Compute Units) I was just wondering if the Titan and Titan Black had ACE units as well.

The 290X came from AMD and the Titan / T Black came from Nvidia. Since 2012, AMD and Nvidia took radically different routes with their architectures for their cards. Nvidia's did not have ACE as their design is not parallel to enable Async the way AMD and various games currently use. Infact, there are no cards currently in the market from Nvidia than have ACE's let alone the card that is 3 years old.

IF you read MahiganĀ“s article about asynchonous compute you can see nvidia does similar work but still relies on software
