Increasing the memory clock seems to take away from gpu clock due to power limits. Cards stay in high 30s low 40s on load. Pretty happy with performance overall, still need my hb bridge, evga ones are hard to come by.

How are you adjusting voltage? I haven't found any tool that can do that yet...

Afterburner 4.3.0 beta. Search the thread or my post history for the [setting], I posted it earlier.

I tried msi afterburner but couldn't get voltage to work and was too lazy to fix it, used asus gpu tweak II it worked right out of the box. Programs a pos tho, gonna see if I can get afterburner running later.

All games tested at max graphics with the system in my sig. Crysis 3, SWBF and Metro LL can all be played single GPU at 4K @ 60 Hz. Witcher 3 is close.

Crysis 3, SWBF, Metro LL would all be pushed properly for 4K @ 120 Hz displays this winter. A single Titan-XP won't even be close for 4K @ 120 Hz monitors. I couldn't get Witcher 3 SLI usage above 80% on each GPU no matter what I did, hence only 47% gain. The rest of the games averaged 83% FPS gain which is quite nice. Star Citizen would be playable with Titan-XP 4K @ 120 Hz if you lower some settings.

Now, I seriously doubt 4K@120Hz will come before mid 2017.

Your tested games are those SLI friendly. It always comes to what games you're going to play. My selection is a choice of games I have with me and actually play sometimes.
It seems that in my case and in case of reviewers going with a bunch of popular games, SLI works in 50% of games usually. That's what I don't like in particular.

Today we'll see how new DeusEx works.

I've ordered my second TXP to see for myself, but my 1080 SLI doesn't offer much hope.

We all know 4k @ 120 Hz displays will be the next "big thing" in gaming. wink.gif Actually, 4K @ 144 Hz is already said to be coming down the line. Some serious GPU power required!

If Volta comes with 6K cores,it might work up to 100... smile.gif

Let's see...

I've had 4K 40" all the way down to 28" with G-Sync, 1440p, 3440, 2560x1080, curved. All in all over period of a few months at a time, I've tried about 15 panels.

4K at 120hz in my honest, wholehearted opinion is a fools dream. Yes, you do need two of these cards to hit the performance at those pixels, but do you need that many pixels? Unless you're looking at a density on such as a 40" panel like the VA Phillips (soon to be discontinued), it's an utterly pointless show of hardware muscle. Even then, the only time I really was impressed was with Witcher 3 at that scale, some of the scenic views when standing still were amazing. Sadly, I don't tend to stand still for too long in games.

I'm not sure why the spur of HB bridges has suddenly gotten people raving about SLI, either. I've been using it for over 15 years, and the industry has been trying to move away from it for at least 6 of those. That's not to say I would not recommend having two of these cards at that resolution, because that would be lying. What I would do is chuckle a wee bit and ask why you are at that resolution at all.

Since you've tried pretty much every monitor, what would you say is the best?
