DOOM on it is the best looking game I've ever seen, pictures of it doesn't do it justice.

If Dell ever releases the 30" 4K @ 120 Hz OLED with a DP 1.3/1.4 connection, even at $5K it's an instant buy for me.

I don't think it's good for eyes to play like that especially for a very long gaming session. Another problem would be focusing on something because of how big is the screen which makes it bad for any competitive play.

Shame it's curved. Really adds nothing but distortion and ruins the TV.

Fortunately the fad is dying.

Only have to look at the new line up of LG OLED's nearly all are flat.

55" is too small for 4K when used as a TV as well.

I'm sure it looks amazing but I love my eyes too much to abuse them like that, lol! Beautiful TV nonetheless.

Truth. Curved monitors and TV's add nothing to the picture. Stop adding crap and give me better picture quality!

Not an issue. Hell, VR displays are like one inch from your eyes. I do great in FPS's with it. Don't forget about the benefit of how much easier it is to see and target people at medium to far distances in a game.

Curve absolutely makes sense for a computer monitor. It isn't going anywhere. Every single large display manufacturer has announced new curved panels coming out for computer monitors.

You seem to have some kind of disorder by replying 3 times after your own posts

I already proved you wrong several pages ago, by posting benchmarks of SLI TXps @ 1440p

For 4k+ this changes of course.

Stil leach to their own, i do know i will have the better experience with a single heavy OCed TXp under water biggrin.gif

Why is 55" too small for 4k when used as a TV, wouldnt this primarily be associated with viewing distance rather than any general TV or monitor reference?

a 4mm socket (if you have a full socket set you should have one of these already)

an Allan wrench (should come with the EK blocks)

a small phillips head screw driver. The same kind you would use for repairing glasses.
