I need to get around to selling mine. Wondering if anyone would even want my cards. Full cover Aqua Computer block + Active cooled backplate. But they're voltage hardmodded which I'm guessing might turn some people off, even if the cards are capable of 1.5GHz+ with proper cooling.

Anyone tried Linux (Ubuntu or Mint) with Titan X Pascal?

I have had a lot of headaches. No success yet in installing either distros with nvidia drivers. I can not recall getting a Linux distro installed was this troublesome 10 years ago. Either Ubuntu hates my TXP or my secondary platform (RIVE BE).

lol - where did you get this idea from ?? The R5E10 likes a full house - 8 sticks - due to T-topology in the memory trace sublayer. There are no optimized settings for 3000 on x99 that will out perform optimized 3200 on the same platform for two reasons... 1) x99 quad channel is bandwidth oriented, 2) the memory divider for 3200 is the strongest on that platform. With his 6950X and R5E10, 3400c14, or c13 may be possible depending on the CPU's IMC.
can;t read the bios and can't modify it yet. NV has locked us out.
and when it reverses the consumer/market revolts and will not buy games that can't be played on mainstream hardware. Enthusiasts buy halo products... for the halo. wink.gif
Some Aluminum.... I just ordered some Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut, will go with that and cover the area around the shunts with electric tape or liquid...

does anyone play project cars here , seems still suffering from vr bug on my titan pascal. Titan will not engage max boost clocks despite trying a number of things.

List them on eBay individually and offer free shipping to the USA.

I just sold my 2 x Titan X (maxwells) w/ EK blocks and EK backplates to the same buyer. (I listed them as separate auctions and the same guy bought both of them). He paid 590 for one and 595 for the other, USD. Yes, he paid 1,185 USD for the 2 x cards and I dont even have the OEM coolers or box, threw all that stuff out.

People sometimes have really weird reasons for buying what they buy. Obviously this guy isn't a gamer, any gamer knows that for much less than 1185 dollars he could have bought one card or even two that would blow away the gaming performance of two original Titan X's in SLI. Maybe he's a benchmark guy and already has 2 x water-cooled Titan X's and wants 4 way SLI? Who knows. I dont ask the questions.

Just list your items very very honestly and you'll be surprised at what you can get back on Ebay.

^^ nope.. there is no version. The version that works for the 1080 series does not address the lockout. Best guy to ask about this is JoeDirt.

only way I've found is to use an older maxwell card, load the nvdrivers on those (pascal compatible) and then swap in the TXP. Works with linux mint anyway.
