42% is ur native resolution in BF1. Ultra preset and native res on a 1440p monitor i never dropped below 150fps in BF1. I ran it in DX11 though.

I noticed too that the game starts off at "42%" resolution factor. What an odd number? I set it to 50% like every other game, but I guess I was running it up-scaled a bit?

Ehh, it usually boosts to 2126 , this was with an old Driver , this 372.70 did magic at least in TimeSpy .

Personally, I'd sacrifice that longevity and power savings to have a display with constant contrast and brightness.

The overall benefits of these OLEDs is so great that the dimming thing doesn't bother me. I could never go back to LCD. Ever. Much less annoying than the dynamic contrast those do among all the other issues they have.

A time will come when they release OLEDs without this dimming but IMHO even the current OLEDs blow away any LCD I've seen.

To see the internal rendering resolution, type console command: Render.DrawScreenInfo 1

Manually setting 42% usually doesn't get 1:1 scaling back. To do that you need to reset Video settings.

The way their new boost clock works is confusing as all get out, not a big fan of it. Under water so core temp doesn't go over 40 C, and if I put an OC of +175 in the cards boost to 1850 or so only, if I put it at +195 it will boost to 2050 and at 200 boost to 2062 before the cards strap on their retard helmet and wreck their tricycles into the PL limit wall.

It seems all these titan xps are different. If I put +175 core on mine it boosts to 2050 am also on water. Seems it could be related to asics score even though we can not see it to confirm hopefully eventually.

thanks for the information, still I wonder what kind of results I would get with the stock cooler.

I just started messing with my OC last night as I finally have it under water. I had +99 already set by accident and it was boosting to 1950???? Glad I caught this as I thought something was wrong. (I was thinking to myself I know I hate math but 1531 + 100 isn't 1950!)

I'm curious if it boosts higher than stock at stock now. I don't recall that when I had it on air, but now I'm going to try later and watch closely.
