i have severe fps spike in witcher when it rains, like 20 to 30 fps drop sometime, but i tried with stock memory clock, and same thing happen.

I personally haven't seen anything outside of a few references to custom blocks being released in the near future. I'm wanting a simpler solution, along the lines of an aftermarket cooler or water cooling solution. It has been awhile since I have done custom cooling and I simply don't have the patience for it these days.

This must be related to network/wi-fi card or tcp traffic caused by anti-virus/firewall programs.

But this time it said nvidia windows kernel mode driver version 369,05 has highest execution. I dont think the driver cause a problem.. Right? Or its same problem then 1070 and 1080, but i dont think the hotfix will work for titanx
