Electrical buzzing sound coming from my GPU, is it normal?

Im going to do SLI and im testing both cards, theyre from different manufacturers, one from EVGA and the other from KFA2, ive done test on EVGA and everything looks and sounds normal, and now im testing KFA2 and there's an electrical buzzing sound coming from the gpu itself, it happens when the card is under load, i turned off the fans to make sure but it didnt go away.

Im afraid to be honest, it sounds scary, is it a coil whine, or is it going to explode, ive had msi gtx 570 and it had a coil whine but it sounded like high pitched, but this isnt high pitched, its more like buzzing electrical sound, what can i do?

If the buzzing noises changes pitch/frequency based on load and colors on the screen it is coil whine. Sadly a lot of new video cards do it

Yes it does, its the loudest when the card is running full load 90's 100's% and it changes and gets weaker when it goes down to 60's 70's, so thats a coil whine, its very annoying tbh, but too sad i can't return it anymore.

On the bright side sometimes the buzz dimishes after "burning in" the card for a month or 2. Otherwise, it's there to stay.

My 7950 buzz almost disappeared when I overclocked it
