The color in your pic is definitely different than mine, and it isn't just the camera. Perhaps they changed dyes at some point.

I have not seen the TY-147B sold as an accessory, don't think it will be an available in a square version.

Huh, the color of the housing matches perfectly to the color of SATA ports and PCIE slots on my Asus board, the orange fan blades, however... biggrin.gif

Doyll, you seem to be in the know, are they using absolutely the same bits inside (motor/PWM) as the round fans? I'd get a pair of them over my current round ones if they changed whatever made them click when I used them on PWM on my mobo. Hell, I'd get the 147Asq, if I could find them on sale anywhere, since I've not once used my fans over ~1k RPM outside of testing stuff. The more compact frame would be a plus too, since right now the fans are pushing against my graphics card.

EDIT: they have some in stock over on German Amazon. 48€ for a pair, shipping included. Yeah. Basically the same as Corsair ML140.

As far as I know it's the same motor and PWM circuit

Wow! 48€ seems rather steep! 38€ maybe, but not 48€. Have you looked on your local ebay? Some big companies are selling there now too.

44€ mad.gif
Checked out a few of the larger etailers in various EU countries. All come out to roughly same price after you include shipping. Guess I should wait until someone in UK stocks them, that's where I got them cheap last time.

Very good fans, and again I am mostly upset that they might as well be unicorns in North America. I am mostly waiting for some retail options before judging, but I will post my results here before then.

Don't hold your breath on US inventory.
Just give us the results! tongue.gif

Thank you for visiting! We're currently on vacation and have temporarily closed our webstore. For all of your cooling needs, feel free to check out our Amazon Webstore.

We will be back online to serve you on July 7th.

Thank you for your patience!
And that is what you get if you try to access their website 3 weeks after they were supposed to be back. mad.gif
Lying barstuards!!

Maybe we should organize a group buy and get a bulk order delivered to someone in each country. thinking.gif
