I couldn't find one from searching, but I could find Thunderbolt 3 to Display Port adapters which support 4K 60Hz.

http://www.scorptec.com.au/product/Adaptors/USB/63599-UCDP-ADP?gclid=CMnsver7lM4CFQoQvQodIWoIIg

Then you can go display port to HDMI 2.0 active adapter

http://www.club-3d.com/index.php/products/reader.en/product/displayport-12-to-hdmi-20-uhd-active-adapter.html

I guess you will introduce a bit of extra lag to the display with the Display Port / Thunderbolt signal to HDMI signal (but it will be marginal and nothing to worry about unless you're a competitive cs:go player tongue.gif)

You can try Dell's TB15 Thunderbolt port, works fine with XPS 13/15 Skylake(used one for my XPS 15 skylake before and works fine), You can find one on Ebay for $120ish. Those have DP and Mini DP ports that support 4K, don't recall if HDMI port on it support HDMI 2.0(since my monitor can only do 1.4) but probably not.
