Yes for reliability and longevity. At 50% or less of PSU rated wattage the PSU components will be much less stressed. Also ripple will be lower, hold-up time will be longer, etc.

Just got my new EVGA SuperNOVA 650 P2 last month. It is a fantastic power supply. Love it and highly recommend it. Its on your list for a reason! biggrin.gif
