Its practically a side upgrade Id say, not worth it. Id pick up a Hyper 212, there affordable and do a decent job at cooling.

This is $12 after rebate, and will actually be a significant upgrade.

Good call. The G4400 creates very, very little heat. It takes very little to keep it cool. The T2 and the like are great solutions for these, inexpensive and have enough passive cooling to allow for very low fan speeds.
