Power Good fail? (0ms)

Hey, I just made my first set of custom cables. I was nervous about making mistakes so I got a PSU tester. Everything checked out ok except for the Power Good value, which shows 0ms. I swapped in the original manufacturer cable and again it was 0ms.

I use Asus Maximus VIII Formula motherboard and the Power Supply that came with the H Frame 2.0.

I haven't plugged in cpu and gpu yet, but the motherboard and at least it's rgb leds seems to work so far.

Is there something wrong with the power supply or is PG irrelevant to my system?

Would be somewhat helpful if you gave more info about brand model and wattage of the PSU.

The PSU is by InWin. SII-1065W. The PSU is specifically for the h frame 2.0
