Intel Core i7-6850K
MSI X99A Godlike Gaming Carbon
GeForce GTX 1080 FE
4X G.Skill 16GB DDR4 3400mhz
2X SSD
1X HD
2X Pump-Reservoir combos
2X Rads probably two 480mm with push/pull fans.

Please, somebody help me with the wattage I need?

I was considering getting an additional 1080 down the line and taking that into account, however I did some research and heard some things about PSU's being better for the wattage that you're actually hitting... So, I figure I'll replace it down the line when/if I decide to use 2+ gpus.

Hi, LeviathanVI!

If you keep the cards at stock, then a good quality-made 750W PSU would be a good choice. It's not the absolute minimum, it's just where the comfort level starts. I'd say the absolute minimum would be a good quality-made 650W PSU, but I think it would be cutting it a little bit close.

Do you plan to overclock the GTX 1080s? If so, then what kind of overclocking would you like to do?

Also, do you plan to overclock the 6850K? If so, then how high would you try to go?

It's a computer!

Yes to both, but I have done very little overclocking in the past and don't really know too much about it yet. I know that I wont be pushing any boundaries though.

Hmm. In that case, I think that since the CPU has a high power consumption, it might be best to get an 850W good quality-made PSU.

OFC... I can never get to a PSU help thread before you or shilka anymore (Click to show)

Anyway, we can help you select a PSU if you let us know what you're willing to spend and a list of sites/stores that you can buy from. If you are in the USA, we can use PCPartPicker to quickly find you a unit.

I'd love the help!

I like in the UK, I was planning on buying it online as I was everything else for my build, however I have a rather large radius within England I can shop in as I'm doing a fair bit of travelling from now through to November. Specifically the regions from Kent across to Hampshire and Hampshire all the way up to Yorkshire... Those regions and everything in between really.

I had planned on getting a EVGA
SuperNOVA 650 because I read some rave reviews about it, though admittedly I haven't done my usual searches on it here to see if there array known issues or different opinions. Nor have I considered any others.

SuperNOVA 650 because I read some rave reviews about it, though admittedly I haven't done my usual searches on it here to see if there array known issues or different opinions. Nor have I considered any others.

They have several 650W "SuperNOVA" units. Are you referring to like, the G2/P2 units? I hope so. The entire G2/P2/T2 lineup is the amazing Super Flower Leadex.

Without being able to look at an internet store, I can't be of much help.
