Need help to chose new sound sytem

Hey,

I need a 2.1 desktop sound system with small black speakers (around the size of the audio engine a2), no size constraints on the sub woofer. Usage will be 50% music, 25% movies, and 25% gaming. I have an Asus Vi formula and 150 bucks to spend, tell me what to get.

Ty for your time.

Isn't there an issue with the Pro Media? Like you need to get the original ones because the newer revision sounds worst? I hate buying used so if i get the Pro Media they are propably gonna be the newer version. I'm in Canada

Also what do you think of going the custom rout and get bookshelf speakers with and sub? Could it fit in my budget? Would it outperform the KPM 2.1? Is there any decent bookshelf speakers that could meet my size requirements?
