It won't be 2*1.00

I assume you are asking if this basically is equal to two overclocked 980Tis. Which the answer is yes. I came from two 980's, and at stock the new Titan was a bit faster than my 1520MHz overclocked 980s were, and overclocked the titan stomps all over them in both benchmarks and real world. Performance would be pretty much a match at 2100MHz to two 1500MHz 980TIs. I see a lot of people posting their theorycrafting about the situation throwing numbers all over and "mathing it", but Im telling you from real world experience with the stuff that yes, a 2100MHz Titan X Pascal matches SLI 1500MHz 980TIs in real world games.

You sure that isnt the old Titan X Maxwell version? Gigabyte doesnt sell a Pascal to my knowledge and the cooler in the picture is the Maxwell version. Id bet you that store is just trying to sucker people into the cards knowing full well people will mistake the versions.

Just check code and awards dates.
Name choice is not at its best.

Name is awful, I don't get how anyone in the marketing department didn't bring this up.

or you could simply look at the cooler shroud design. TXP looks completely different...

E-shop not always find these real, just put * and write ''product can be different from image"

Yep, it kinda goes without saying that there will be mistakes made.

Ok so a lot of people on OCN have the "who cares I'm putting it under water anyway" mindset. But as someone who has zero interest in watercooling, enough of the stupid single-fan blowers! A $1200 card deserves a better reference cooler that keeps it under 70c at stock clocks! Argh mad.gif

This is a bad joke...

TITAN-X-345-87.jpg

A couple of reviews stated that at 50% fan speed they could keep the GPU at under 80c.

Is it not doing some thermal throttling near the 80c mark ?
