I got it off without breaking it, you need to use a torch. My heat gun didn't do the job (others may get hotter).

I'm can't for a while not near my computer. However If you want to see it immediately I know others have done it in the rampage v edition 10 thread below (should directly link you to a pic and short discussion of how it was done), it's where I got the advice.

No problem, you could probably use a heat gun if you have one that gets hot enough, I have one that barely gets hot enough for heatshrink so I had to go a different route.
