Push/Pull Predator 360 AIO, first time build

Thread Starter
I'm looking to hook up one of the AIO EK Predator 360 kits for my CPU. I have never built a computer before, and I'm using the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ATX Glass. I am well aware that the Rad won't fit without modifications to the top, or losing the rear exhaust fan, which I do not intend to do. I will be mounting this in the front, with a Push/Pull configuration. I've already got 6 Corsair ML 120 Pro ready for the setup, and I need some help. I want to run the fans at the same speeds in pairs. Meaning the top 2, middle 2, and bottom 2 at the same speed. Is this possible using the fan ext hub on the Predator itself? I have purchased the Asus Fan Ext Header, and also have 3 PWM Y-Splitters for each pair of fans. My thinking was, that if both fans are running at the same speed, would make for better airflow? I could still control them using the software that Asus provides. If this is all crazy talk, please let me know. I'm more than willing to answer any questions. Would greatly appreciate some help. Like I said this is my first build, and I haven't found a concrete answer anywhere.

My Build just for any reference
Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ATX TG
i7-6700k
Asus ROG Max VIII Formula
1080 GTX FTW
G.Skill 32gb Ram-3200 MHz
Corsair AX 860i
Asus Fan Ext Header
9- Corsair ML 120 Pro (3 top exhaust, 6 push/pull intake) 1- 140 ML Pro Rear Exhaust

Thanks in Advance, not sure if any other Build info is needed.
