GPU prices are obviously nowhere near stable.

How long do you think it will be until it's able to somewhat stabilize and to actually buy a GPU.

1070's can start out at about 400$, and out due the 980 ti
980 ti's are about 375$

1060's start at 250-260$ but aren't in stock, and compete with the 980
980's about 275$

970's about 225$, yet 780's around 150 and 780 ti's about 180$
290's about 175$
7970's about 125$
7950's about 100$

AMD still has the rest of their line up, Nvidia has the 1050 and 1080ti.

I've been on the wall of buying a GTX 980, 1060, 980ti or 1070 and would choose the 10XX generation at the current value, but if the used prices normalizes the 9XX would be a better option.
