M4A88T-I Deluxe - Can't access BIOS after BIOS reset, PS/2 port does not work in windows

Hi,

MB: M4A88T-I Deluxe
Processor: AMD Phenom 2 840

So there is a ton of these posts online, but I have tried all the normal stuff.
If anybody has any good idea, please share.

I am repairing this old system and the BIOS reset. This probably enabled fast boot or disable USB legacy, because i can't get in to the BIOS.
Pressing the delete key does nothing.

It was possible before, the reason i believe it has reset is because i was prompt with CMOS time and press F1 or F2 to reset to default.
The keyboards does not work then either, nothing happens when I press F1 or F2.
They power on during post, but keystrokes are note registered.

- I have tried 2 different USB keyboards, which still does not allow entry to BIOS
- I tried a PS/2 keyboard, but I believe the PS/2 port is not "on" by BIOS setting or broken. It wont work in windows either.
All keyboards work on another computer.
- Have tried several BIOS resets and now I flashed it to newer version, still no change.
- Tried to install AI suite V1, hoping that i could change it from their. AI suite states the model is not supported.
- Tried to use pause and other tricks in order to slow BIOS post, nothing has worked.

I am running out of options, is there any program you know of that might help?
A boot program i can use on a USB stick for example?

Hi Again.

Is it possible to mod the BIOS file to default Fast boot "off" and USB Legacy "on" and then flash the BIOS again?

So tried to mod the BIOS, with no luck.

I changed the USB legacy from Auto to enabled and disable quick boot.
I flashed the BIOS and the startup i much slower, but still no registration key strokes.

Any other BIOS setting that might cause this problem?
The BIOS post follow screen says the keyboard is registered, but key strokes are not registered.

The USB keyboards work fine in Windows and they are also powering on in BIOS post and BIOS pause, the key strokes are not being registered in BIOS only Windows.
I was able to get into BIOS prior to BIOS reset, all this suggest a software setting not a hardware problem.
