How to you know if the AIO cold plate screws are tight enough? Mine are finger tight and I am concerned about cracking the die on a 390X?

they should be snug, don't over do it, give it a boot do some temp tests and if its unsatisfactory give them a little more. This worked out fine for my 290 that i had an AIO on. Honestly I had them tight enough to put a slight flex in the pcb, i backed them off a bit and it was fine.
