2500k stuck at 1600mhz

Thread Starter
I need guidance on what to do with my 2500k.
The cpu has been working fine with z77x up7 for about 2years and 2 days ago the downclock happened. I did reset bios couple of time, took the battery, tried to disable turbo mode, power saving options. I think i have tried everything I could (tried on different bios as well) and my cpu stays at 1600mhz no matter how much I stress it. It simply doesn't want to go into turbo mode with power saving modes on or off.
I would appreciate any help

I did manage to solve the problem. Had to use LN2 switch and now everything has come back to normal
