Computer freezes! Help needed!

Hello,

I have a problem with my computer. I am quite a noob when it comes to software so help would be appreciated.
This happens once per 1,5 hours. When I a watch my reliability screen i get this report:

Unplug all USB devices connected to your computer. See if that helps. If it does not update the driver for your USB ports.

"The eXtensible Host Controller Interface (xHCI) specification describes the register-level host controller interface for universal serial bus revision 2.0 (USB2) and above."

If the problem is the computer in your sig, you may want to re-install the USB and chipset drivers I guess: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8Z68V/HelpDesk_Download/
